Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar durable packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are attached.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
